Before opening Merckel Real Estate, Bill worked seven years for a Coldwell Banker Commercial franchisee. In 2006, Bill earned Coldwell Banker Commercial’s top producer by ranking #1 in the state of Florida, #1 in the Southeast Region and #3 globally in the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliate, Inc network for sales volume.
Bill is a member of Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, Orlando Board of Realtors and the Florida RLI Chapter. He holds an Accredited Land Consultant, ALC designation from the Realtors Land Institute and a Marketing Business degree from the University of Florida.
